1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, accessing, or using the Sprinters Camp mobile application (available on iOS and Android) or visiting sprinterscamp.com (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not install or use our Services.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT SECURITY
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and subscribe. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS, IN-APP PURCHASES & AUTO-RENEWAL

Sprinters Camp offers tiered subscription levels (e.g., Monthly, Annual, or VIP tiers) providing access to premium selfdevelopment courses, coaching modules, workshops, and community features.

• Billing & In-App Purchases: Subscriptions purchased via the iOS App Store or Google Play Store are billed directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account ("App Store Accounts") according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless auto-renew is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited once a subscription is purchased. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your account will be automatically charged the standard subscription fee.
• Managing Subscriptions & Cancellations: You must manage or cancel your subscription directly through your device settings (Apple App Store Account Settings or Google Play Subscriptions). Sprinters Camp cannot manually cancel or adjust subscriptions purchased through third-party app stores on your behalf.

4. REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY

• No Direct Company Refunds: All purchases made through the iOS App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respect active store refund policies. Sprinters Camp does not directly issue refunds or control app store billing operations. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google.
• Dispute & Chargeback Protection: Initiating an unauthorized credit card chargeback or dispute without contacting us first violates these Terms. In the event of an improper chargeback, Sprinters Camp reserves the immediate right to suspend or terminate your account access pending dispute resolution.

5. EARNINGS & RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Sprinters Camp makes no guarantees, promises, or representations regarding individual results, personal development milestones, career advancement, or financial earnings resulting from the use of our App or programs. Testimonials and examples presented in the App represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that any user will achieve identical or similar outcomes.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, including but not limited to audio tracks, video modules, frameworks, graphic assets, text, trademarks, and code within Sprinters Camp, is the exclusive intellectual property of Sprinters Camp / Business Fitness International. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content strictly for personal, noncommercial use. You may not record, download, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any proprietary App content.

7. USER CONDUCT & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Sprinters Camp provides community features for peer interaction and growth. You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or defame other members or instructors.
• Upload or share unlawful, hate-speech, explicit, or harmful content.
• Promote unverified commercial endeavors, spam, or multi-level marketing (MLM) links. Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the integrity of the App infrastructure.

8. MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

• Informal Resolution: Prior to initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these Terms informally by contacting [email protected].
• Binding Arbitration: If an informal resolution is not reached within 60 days, any dispute shall be finally settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. You explicitly waive the right to litigate claims in court before a judge or jury.
• Class Action Waiver: You and sprinters camp agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sprinters camp, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app. in no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to sprinters camp in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on sprinterscamp.com and updated within the App settings. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies at our sole discretion.
